5:16 Leader was born out of a passion for leadership growth and business mastery. Leadership done well is hard. Business done well is hard. Hard is good. But over-working, over-stressing, over-aggravating, running right on the edge of burn-out or worse, is not. And it doesn’t have to be. You can produce better results in less time and have a fraction of the stress with equal or more success, if you lead the way God intended.
You’re not going to get there by doing the same thing you’ve been doing. And you’re unlikely to get there on your own quickly. Two heads are better than one. A 5:16 Executive Coach is your personal consultant, coach and mentor, imparting wisdom, helping you solve problems, teaching leadership skills and holding you accountable.

5:16 Coaching is grounded in accountability.
This is not feel-good coaching. It’s “you’re only going to get as good as the effort you put into it” coaching. We will show you the way and give you the tools to raise your ceiling. But we will not do it for you or pat you on the back when you’re not putting in the effort. If you want hollow encouragement, find another coach. If you want results and can take some tough love, 5:16 may be a fit.
